What is the minimum order quantity?
Because of the structure of our business our products are sold through an international distributor network and we have a minimum order value of £150 for orders placed directly with us. For smaller quantities we suggest you contact one of our distributors listed under Partners. If you need any help in locating a Cox distributor please contact us.
Where can I buy a single applicator?
Click on to our partners page and you will find a list of our distributors. If you click on any of the logos you will enter that distributor's website and should be able to find your nearest branch. If you cannot find a distributor near you please contact us by email and we will provide you with more details.
What if I canÃt find an applicator for my purpose?
Then contact us by phone or email and give us more details. It may be that we have new models being developed that would be suitable or that we know of similar applications where a particular applicator has proved successful.
We have a continuing programme of product development and we are always interested in new applications for our trigger mechanisms. If we know your needs we may be able to design an applicator to meet them (there are minimum quantity restrictions for this).
What about spares or replacement parts?
All Cox applicators are built to withstand rugged use but parts do wear or get damaged. The simpler applicators are cheaper and easier to replace completely. For many of the more powerful/complex/expensive/sophisticated applicators spares can be obtained through our distributors. If you register on this website you will have access to all our technical drawings showing part names and numbers.
If I need to return any merchandise, what is the procedure?
The procedure is to follow our Returns Policy. We ask all customers to follow this policy to enable us to process the return as quickly as possible.
Can Cox produce a professional looking brochure for me?
The answer is YES, just give our Sales & Marketing team a call, and ask for our custom brochure service. You will find the service is very cost effective. Why should I buy Cox when I can buy similar for half the price?
Because, economics being what they are, you will get half the quality - or less. All Cox guns are designed and manufactured to a very high standard to ensure long productive life.
The material comes out too slowly and my hand gets tired. What can I do?
Your trigger ratio may be too low for the viscosity of the material. You can use a more powerful manual applicator with a higher trigger ratio (for explanation, see our technical glossary), which will be less tiring and faster.
Alternatively, you can purchase one of our battery-powered applicators. If you are working in an environment with access to compressed air, a pneumatic applicator might be more appropriate.
I have a great idea for a new use for your mechanism. What should I do?
Contact us. We're always interested in new applications and it may be that we can help you or work together with you. But remember our trigger mechanism is patented worldwide.
I can't find the cartridge for my 2-component material?
Contact us. It may be that your cartridge is a new design that we don't know of and we need to adapt our applicators to suit. Alternatively, we may have one already that will work with your cartridge.
